Galperti Products

As part of the Galperti Group, the strong collaboration with their production facilities allows PFF Group to supply the following selection of Galperti® products.

• G-Lok® Clamp Connectors: A fully proven alternative to the conventional flanged connection used throughout the oil, gas, (petro)chemical and power generation industries. The G-Lok® Clamp Connectors are easier to assemble than conventional flange connections, especially for high-pressure applications.
• GC-Compact® Flanges: These lightweight flanges offer versatility, compactness, weight saving and cost effectiveness in connecting piping systems. GC-Compact® Flanges are available in numerous dimensions and materials and are easy to assemble.
• G-Blok®: The Galperti Engineering G-Blok® range of standard and special valves includes Double Block and Bleed (DBB) valves, API valves and slimline compact monoflanges. The G-Blok® valves are custom designed to fulfill any project application or specification: for pipeline or instrumentation, topside or subsea, high or low temperature, corrosive or hazardous fluids.
• Special Forged Products: Especially in the extreme conditions of the offshore industry, special custom-made products are required. Utilising Galperti’s special manufacturing facility, custom forged products can be supplied, such as (but not limited to): Forged Pipes, Y-Tees, Buckle Arrestors, Bulkheads, J-Lay Collars, Nozzles, Injection Spools, Connecting Pieces and Forged Anchors.
• G-Joint®: Monolithic Isolation Joints are used in pipelines to electrically isolate the pipe for corrosion protection by means of cathodic protection.
